AT Computers Holding a. s. combined powers with the Polish AB

AT Computers Holding a.s. (ATCH) combined powers with the Polish company AB quoted on the Warsaw Stock Exchange and newly formed one of the largest trade companies in information and telecommunication technology in Central and Eastern Europe.

AB S.A. is one of the leading distributors of IT goods and electronics with sales of EUR 360 million in 2006. Based on an agreement signed on 19 September 2007 AB, the company registered with Warsaw Stock Exchange, bought all shares in AT Computers Holding a.s. consisting of the following four companies:

AT Computers – distribution company supplying ICT equipment, consumer electronics and mobile technology products in the Czech Republic.

AT Computers Slovakia – distributor operating in the Slovak Republic.

AT Compus – the largest company in the personal computer manufacture business in the Czech Republic with a capacity of 100,000 computers per year.

AT Computers, the leading Czech distributor of IT, successful again. Having won the award of IT Distributor of the year 2011, it scored another victory, this time in the poll of ChannelWorld Awards editors of project ChannelWorld and IDG Czech Republic, a.s. publishers.

In the second year of this prestigious poll AT Computers received 29 % of all votes of executive representatives of dealers, service providers, and manufacturers of ICT and consumer electronics and became thus Broadline Distributor of 2011 in the Czech Republic. In the Slovakian version of the poll AT Computers came third.

Specialists
Our sales team has firmly defined structure. This simplifies our customers' orientation and their communication with us. Every customer has his or her own personal sales specialist in the individual segment (SMB market, components, retail, system integrators etc.). Specialists are available for each individual PC brand or line, other specialists deal with components, peripherals and products of prestigious brands such as IBM, HP and Acer. We are aware of the importance of personal meetings with you. This is the reason why we organize regular and specialised training sessions:

ATC Road Show - we will come to you to support your regional activities (9 cities for 650 partners).

Two-day meetings – we meet our long-term partners twice a year and train them on products, marketing and strategy (2 000 various partners, twelve times a year).

Other training is on sales psychology, Networking Forum and specialised technical training.

Printed matter
We produce easy to read datasheets on our products for your customers in the Czech language as well as regular catalogues with the goods and final prices.

Perfect and fast
These two words precisely characterize our logistical department. Forty member staff in our state-of-the-art logistical center make sure that anything our customers ask for is released from the warehouse, packed and sent out.

Automation
The whole logistical process is highly automatic. All operations are controlled by an ERP/CRM information system. Registration, movement and completion of goods are tracked exclusively with the use of bar codes. Consignments are made in real time. Thousands of highturnover items are available in a short time due to a unique design and technological linking of the packaging line with a descending shelf system. The completeness of the consignments is checked by scanning the goods. Needless to say, we thoroughly pack each consignment up and add features for the recognition of unauthorized intrusion.

Twenty thousand pieces of merchandise in 2700 items distributed daily. And should you have observation regarding our distribution, just tell us. You will help us improve our work for you!

Wide range of possible transport ways
When dispatching our goods to customers we cooperate with all major parcel and pallet forwarders in the CR – DPD, Česká pošta, PPL, Geis, GebruderWeiss – an in that way we offer to our customers a wide range of services and delivery methods, including the possibility to pay upon delivery of the goods by a payment card.

Do not hesitate ...
Complaint is not exactly the word we love to hear – hence we do our best, not have to use it. Should any complaint arise, however, we are thoroughly prepared to deal with it.

Urgent Adjustment
– that is what we call our triumph in this field. Urgent Adjustment means that you get a requested spare part for any computer of our manufacture within 24 hours. It is simple – you merely tell us which item is to be replaced and we send it out immediately. While the faulty item is not yet packed to be sent to us, a parcel with the replacement part will surely reach you on the following day. We pay due attention to all claims. The average processing time of a complaint is 17 days but one in every ten is settled within two days!

Quick claim processing
We are fully equipped for a quick processing of claims to your satisfaction. Our spare part warehouse keeps necessary parts available throughout the warranty period, and we provide an adequate replacement part even after the warranty expires. Should a particular item be outstored, our engineers will recommend you a hundredpercent compatible replacement with at least the same, but probably even better features. Figures are perhaps boring but in most cases highly eloquent. Hence allow us to quote one more figure: our warehouse has as many as 2500 items permanently on stock.
